At last, Spring. Today February 15th I heard the noise of the wisteria pods popping. Sounds like popcorn in a microwave. It's the first sign that spring is coming. The seeds scatter everywhere and as exciting as that moment is, I cringe at the thought of more wisteria coming up everywhere. Now I start looking in the leaves for crocus and snowdrops. I do see daffodil points just breaking ground, and snowdrops will bloom in another week. I have my fair share of spring bulbs. They will start in March and will bloom well into early May. I also have 2 Witch Hazel trees blooming now. Over flowing amount of iris and a dabble of peonies will follow and then summer time.
